        +August premiere of 3 NEW PERCUSSION DUOS by Andy Pape, Marcin

            Blazewicz, and Pius Cheng.


        +”Superfluous 1”, Matthew’s tonal pre-cursor to the chromatic marimba fugue,

            “Superfluous 2”, and “Contrapuntal Coordination”, a new book to develop

            voicing and musicality ‘chops’ and reasoning on the marimba will be published

            by ES.


        +Matthew and Ronni will tour Scandanavia performing the premieres of these

            duos along with solo works such as Matthew’s “Super Fugues for Marimba;

            2011 starting with a concert at ISU performing the repertoire from their
